“In Hinduism, it is generally accepted and acknowledged that the various forms of god are all aspects of the universal reality/soul/spirit called Brahman.
Shiva is Brahman, Vishnu is Brahman, you are Brahman, I am Brahman, this computer is Brahman.
To illustrate this point it is often told in myths that Shiva worships Vishnu and that Vishnu worships Shiva.
Divinity is divinity. But because divinity is beyond our ability to describe, it helps to approach the divine through some form. Nothing determines the best form for what god to worship other than what you personally connect with best.
